Common questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. Your first month is free with every feature, and no payment details are asked for until you choose a plan.
How do I pay once the trial ends?
Scan a QR, send a bank transfer, or pay through NepalPay from the billing screen. A staff member can also record your payment if you pay at the office.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from your billing settings. The change takes effect on your next bill.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. After a short grace period your institute moves to the Free plan: your data stays, extra staff logins are paused, and anything over the Free limits becomes read-only until you upgrade again.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes — no card and no time limit. It covers one login, one branch and up to 20 new enrolments a month. SMS is the only thing you pay for, and only the credits you buy.
