Common questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. Your first month is free with every feature, and no payment details are asked for until you choose a plan.
How do I pay once the trial ends?
Scan a QR, send a bank transfer, or pay through NepalPay from the billing screen. A staff member can also record your payment if you pay at the office.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from your billing settings. The change takes effect on your next bill.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Your account goes read-only for a short grace period so nothing is lost. Renew and you pick up exactly where you left off.
