Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Mantralyte account and its associated data from within the app (Android or iOS) or from the web app, without needing to contact support.

1. Delete from the app

  1. Open the Mantralyte app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
  3. Confirm your password when prompted, then confirm deletion.

2. Delete from the web app

Sign in at mantralyte.com and go to Account → Delete Account, or open this link directly — if you're not signed in yet, you'll be sent to log in first and brought straight back here. You'll be asked to confirm your password before the account is deleted.

3. If you're the only owner of an institute

An institute must always have at least one owner, so if you're the sole owner of an institute's account, you won't be able to delete your own login until you either transfer ownership to another staff member or delete the institute itself. Contact us if you need help with this.

4. What gets deleted

  • Your login (name, phone/email, password) is deactivated and can no longer sign in.
  • Your personal profile information is removed from active use.
  • Active sessions and API tokens for your account are revoked immediately, on both the app and the web.

5. What's retained, and for how long

Student, fee, accounting and enrolment records you created belong to the institute you worked for, not to your personal login, so they stay with the institute after your account is deleted. Where we're required to keep financial or transaction records under applicable Nepali law, we retain those records for the legally required period even after an account is deleted. 6. Can't sign in?

If you no longer have access to your account and can't complete deletion yourself, email us at support@mantralyte.com from the address or phone number registered on the account, and we'll verify and process the deletion for you.
